Ukrainian Tech Firm Kiss My Apps Partners with F4 Driver Oleksandr Bondarev

Kiss My Apps, a Ukrainian company within the Fractal group, has become a partner of Oleksandr Bondarev, the first Ukrainian driver to join the Williams Racing Driver Academy. Bondarev, who races for PREMA Racing, will represent the partnership during the Formula 4 UAE Championship, as well as the Italian F4 and Euro 4 (E4) Championships. The partnership was confirmed to Scroll.media by representatives of Kiss My Apps.

The Logic Behind the Partnership

In 2025, Bondarev won a round of the Italian F4 Championship at Imola and was crowned Euro 4 Rookie Champion. He also finished third overall twice — in the Middle East Formula 4 and Italian Formula 4 championships — and claimed back-to-back victories at the Formula Trophy in Abu Dhabi during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.

«This partnership embodies the core principle of Kiss My Apps — Fueling Ukrainian talents,» the company said. «We believe in supporting those who grow rapidly and compete at the highest level with the world’s best — whether in sports, art, or business.»

Dmytro Lola, CEO and founder of Kiss My Apps, sees a clear parallel between motorsport and the tech industry. «Last season showed that Oleksandr can make a difference through systematic, disciplined work. That’s exactly what we look for in a team — the ability to deliver results over the long term and maintain pace, especially when competing against the very best. Oleksandr has that,» Lola said.

Kiss My Apps also views the partnership through a venture capital lens, comparing it to a pre-seed round for a startup. The talent, early results, and potential are already there, but a significant amount of work still lies ahead.

In the 2026 season, Bondarev will continue racing with PREMA Racing, supported by Kiss My Apps in the F4 UAE Championship, the FIA Italian Formula 4 Championship, and the Euro 4 (E4) Championship.

How much does such a partnership cost?

Scroll.media has previously reported on the economics of motorsport partnerships, citing businesses that explored sponsorships in Formula 1. According to those sources, partnerships with top F1 teams can cost tens of millions of dollars, while deals with mid-tier teams typically run into the millions of dollars.

Kiss My Apps has not disclosed the financial terms of its partnership with Bondarev. However, based on publicly available data, Formula 4 team partnerships typically start at around $150,000 and can increase further.

The cost may be lower when sponsorship is tied to an individual driver rather than an entire team — in such cases, contracts often amount to tens of thousands of dollars per year.

Why this partnership matters

For Kiss My Apps, the partnership is primarily an image-driven project. While it is not expected to directly impact app downloads, it helps strengthen the company’s brand on the global stage. According to representatives of Fractal, more than 90% of the group’s revenue comes from international markets, making this kind of global exposure strategically important.

This is not the first example of Ukrainian companies taking this approach. MacPaw supports tennis player Elina Svitolina, while Ajax Systems has partnered with boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk. For Ukrainian brands, such collaborations provide an opportunity to position themselves more visibly in a global context.
