Limitless, a Betting Platform Created by Ukrainians, Raises $4M
As Scroll.media has learned, Limitless — a betting platform founded by Ukrainians — has secured a fresh round of funding.
- The new round brought in $4 million, though the startup’s current valuation remains undisclosed.
- This brings Limitless’s total raised capital to $7 million, following a $3 million pre-seed round in 2024.
- Investors in this latest round include Coinbase Ventures, 1confirmation, Maelstrom, Collider, Node Capital, Paper Ventures, Public Works, Punk DAO, and several angel investors.
Limitless was founded by Roman Mogylnyi, co-founder of Reface, and Dmytro Horshkov, who also previously worked at Reface.

The startup is building a platform for peer-to-peer betting on real-world events. Earlier, Scroll.media covered Polymarket — a similar project where users bet against each other on questions like which company will top global market capitalization in July 2025 or who will win the US midterms. Unlike a traditional bookmaker, Limitless only facilitates users to play against each other — that’s its key distinction.
Currently, the platform focuses on short-term prediction markets, mainly in the financial field — for example, forecasting Bitcoin’s price over the next 24 hours. Trading volume on Limitless has now surpassed $260 million.

Alongside the funding news, Limitless also announced an app update and plans for its upcoming token generation event (TGE). The team has launched a points program targeting prediction market enthusiasts, giving them a chance to earn a stake in the project by using the platform, providing liquidity, and referring friends.
