Ukrainian-American Network VC Invests in US-Based Mbodi AI
Network VC, a Ukrainian-American venture capital firm, has invested in Mbodi AI, a cutting-edge embodied AI platform for industrial robotics. Mbodi enables robots to learn new skills through simple voice commands and quick demonstrations without the need for code, engineers, or complex setups. The amount of the investment has not been disclosed.
«Mbodi AI can be integrated into active robotic systems without code, engineers, or lengthy configuration — and robots are ready for industrial use within minutes,» said Alexander Soroka, founder of Network VC.
- Mbodi AI was founded by Xavier (Tianhao) Chi and Sebastian Peralta. Xavier, a former technical leader at Google Public DNS, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from UIUC. Sebastian, a University of Pennsylvania graduate with a triple major in electrical engineering, IT, and physics, conducted research at the GRASP Lab and also worked on Google Public DNS.
- Mbodi AI is already gaining traction in the market. The company recently partnered with ABB Robotics after winning the Global AI Startup Challenge, underlining the strength and market potential of its technology.
