Ciklum Acquires Polish GoSolve Group in $10M+ Deal
Ciklum has announced the acquisition of GoSolve Group, a Poland-based digital solutions company. The company confirmed the news to Scroll.media.
- GoSolve Group employs around 150 people and is headquartered in Poland, with operations in multiple cities across the country and a presence in Pune, India.
- The company specializes in end-to-end development using the Go programming language — covering engineering, testing, product management, and support. Beyond Go expertise, GoSolve is also active in cloud migration, system modernization, and DevOps.
- For Ciklum, the acquisition marks a strategic move to expand its international footprint. The global tech firm currently employs over 4,000 specialists, with around half based in Ukraine.
While the exact value of the deal hasn’t been disclosed, Scroll.media estimates it at over $10 million. «In Poland, company valuations tend to be higher — a business like GoSolve could easily be worth between $12 and $15 million,» said one M&A market insider.
«Our customers expect comprehensive solutions that blend Experience Engineering with high-performance computing, and adding GoSolve strengthens our ability to deliver exactly that,» said Ciklum CEO Rajaram Radhakrishnan. «GoSolve’s deep expertise in Go and high-performance systems allows us to build next-gen AI solutions, scale development, and drive greater efficiency through optimized code.»
GoSolve’s focus on healthcare and retail — sectors where Ciklum already has significant expertise — will further reinforce the company’s global business portfolio.
With this acquisition, Ciklum is expanding its capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, pairing strong technical expertise with a broader global reach to serve clients across regions better.
This is not Ciklum’s first international move. In 2024, the company acquired Infogen, bringing 350 more specialists into its team.
