Ajax Systems Team Grows to 5,000 Employees Worldwide
Ukrainian company Ajax Systems reached a major milestone in the fall of 2025, growing its global workforce to 5,000 employees, the company reported.
- As of mid-2025, Ajax Systems employed 3,913 people in Ukraine, including 1,167 technical specialists, according to the DOU ranking.
- Since then, both the Ukrainian team and the company’s international presence have continued to expand. Ajax Systems has been actively hiring across Europe, the United States, and other fast-growing regions.
The company also operates two manufacturing facilities outside Ukraine — in Turkey and Vietnam — both of which opened very recently. At the initial stage, each factory is expected to employ up to 300 people, with plans to scale to around 1,000 employees by the end of 2026. At its current pace, Ajax Systems’ total workforce is likely to exceed 6,000 people by the end of next year.
In November this year, the company also held its traditional Special Event, where it unveiled 55 new products. More details about the announcement are available here.
