IT Exports Reach $543M in November 2025, Outpacing 2024

November 2025 turned out to be a stronger month for Ukraine’s IT industry than the same period a year earlier. IT service exports totaled $543 million, up from $520 million in November 2024, according to data from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

At the same time, November’s figure was lower than in October 2025, when exports reached $566 million.

For the first 11 months of 2025, total IT exports amounted to $5.971 billion, compared with $5.830 billion over the same period in 2024.

«After strong performance in September and October, November’s data may seem less optimistic at first glance, as exports of IT services declined month over month. However, this dynamic is consistent with typical seasonal patterns observed in previous years. In November, export volumes are usually close to or lower than those in October. In years when September shows weaker performance, November can sometimes exceed it. Another factor that affected the results was the smaller number of billing days in November,» said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster.

Based on NBU data as of October 31, 2025, the Lviv IT Cluster initially forecast annual exports of computer services in the range of $6.45–6.52 billion. However, Veselovsky says the accumulated performance now suggests the forecast could be revised upward to around $6.59 billion.

In December 2024, IT exports totaled $613 million. If December 2025 remains within a similar range, Ukraine’s total IT exports for the year could reach approximately $6.6 billion. While this would still be well below the record $7.3 billion in 2022, it would bring the industry close to its pre-war level of 2021, when IT exports amounted to $6.9 billion.
