The World Economic Forum has announced its 2025 cohort of 100 companies joining the prestigious Technology Pioneers community. This year, two Ukrainian startups, Haiqu and Respeecher, have made the list.

- Among the community’s notable alumni are Google, Dropbox, PayPal, and SoundCloud. Now, Haiqu and Respeecher are joining their ranks.
- Haiqu is an American-Ukrainian startup founded in 2022 by Richard Givhan and Mykola Maksymenko. The company focuses on optimizing quantum computing through middleware solutions that enhance the efficiency of quantum processors.
«I’m proud that Haiqu is now alongside five other quantum companies: Oxford Ionics, Equal1, LighSolver, eleQtron, and Quobly,» said Maksymenko. «While these teams focus on quantum hardware, Haiqu’s software solutions help unlock the full potential of quantum computers and bring the launch of useful algorithms closer.»
- Respeecher founded in 2018 by Alex Serdiuk, Dmytro Bielievtsov, and Grant Reaber, develops AI-powered speech synthesis technology that allows one person to speak using the voice of another. The company’s clients include major Hollywood studios, notably Disney’s Star Wars franchise.
