Ajax Systems Joins Endeavor

Ukrainian company Ajax Systems is joining the global Endeavor network of entrepreneurs, the company told Scroll.media.

  • Ajax Systems is the third Ukrainian company to become a member of Endeavor, following Headway Inc. and Fintech Farm.
  • The company has also been named to the Endeavor Outliers 2025 list — an honor given to the top 10% of the highest-performing companies in Endeavor’s global portfolio.
  • Ajax Systems is Europe’s largest manufacturer of security systems. Today, the company has over 4 million end users and 290,000 PRO users in more than 180 countries. Its portfolio includes 180 wired and wireless devices for intrusion protection, as well as video surveillance, fire safety, comfort, and automation solutions.

Each year, Endeavor reviews more than 5,000 applicants, but only about 80–90 companies are selected. Each company is evaluated and voted on individually by Endeavor’s global board of directors. The decision to accept Ajax Systems was made by:

  • Guillaume Pousaz, CEO at Checkout.com
  • Tan Hooi Ling, Co-founder at Grab
  • Matt Harris, Partner at Bain Capital Ventures
  • Nick Beim, Partner at Venrock
  • Joanna Rees, Executive Chairwoman at West Global
  • Nicholas Szekasy, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Kaszek Ventures

To join Endeavor, a company must meet three key criteria: an innovative business model with strong growth potential; a founder, who lives in or has close ties to Ukraine; and a founder who is willing to reinvest in the ecosystem — whether by mentoring, investing, or otherwise supporting other entrepreneurs.

«Endeavor exists to support extraordinary founders – not just in scaling their companies to new heights, but also in multiplying their impact by reinvesting in the next generation of entrepreneurs. Welcoming Ajax Systems into our global network is a testament to the strength, resilience, and innovation emerging from Ukraine. We are proud to support Aleksandr and the Ajax team as they continue their remarkable growth journey,» said Linda Rothenberg, co-founder and CEO of Endeavor.

By joining, Ajax Systems gains access to Endeavor’s global network of mentors, partners, and potential customers — a community that includes more than 1,000 mentors and investors, such as LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, former Netflix CFO David Wells, Amazon SVP Steve Kessel, and OpenAI Managing Director Oliver Jay.

About Endeavor

Founded in 1997, Endeavor is a global community that now connects entrepreneurs across nearly 50 countries. Its mission is to help founders grow their businesses faster and make an outsized impact on their local ecosystems. Today, Endeavor counts more than 2,900 entrepreneurs worldwide.

In 2024, Endeavor launched operations in Ukraine under the leadership of Managing Director Sviatoslav Sviatnenko.

The organization also runs Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment firm that has backed over 360 companies in more than 35 countries. The firm invests up to $2 million per round, provided this does not exceed 10% of the total round size. According to Sviatnenko, Endeavor Catalyst could make its first investments in Ukraine as soon as 2025.
