According to Forbes, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has rejected Kyivstar’s application to acquire Tabletki.ua.

• This was Kyivstar’s second attempt at the acquisition, with the latest application submitted on February 14.
• The AMCU announced its decision to reject the request on February 28, citing non-compliance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Reviewing Applications and Cases on Concentration of Business Entities.

Neither Kyivstar nor Tabletki.ua has officially commented on the matter.

According to Scroll.media sources, the parties are still in negotiations over the acquisition price.
