About CourtAvenue

  • The American company CourtAvenue develops AI products for business development. Among its clients are Kia, Epson, Dell, US Air Force.
  • Over the past three years, the company has grown by approximately 4,000%. CourtAvenue is ranked 58th in the Inc. 5000 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies.
  • According to CourtAvenue co-founder and partner, Kenny Tomlin, the acquisition of BotsCrew is a strategic move for the company.

«AI is transforming how businesses interact with customers, automate processes, and improve efficiency. BotsCrew brings world-class expertise in AI agent development, allowing us to create smarter, more adaptive, and more human-like AI solutions for our clients. This acquisition is a strategic move to enhance our AI capabilities and scale our automation and personalization efforts,» Tomlin said.

«The BotsCrew team has unique expertise in the Conversational AI and AI agents market. Over the past nine years, we’ve developed skills that are difficult to replicate. The AI agents we’ve created are already in use by several Fortune 500 companies. CourtAvenue has been our client since 2023, and we’re impressed by their growth, professionalism, and vision. They know how to scale companies at an incredible pace. Despite the challenges we’re facing, I’m pleased that we’re bringing more business to Ukraine, expanding our team, and growing in the U.S. market alongside a reliable partner,» said Max Gladysh, co-founder and CMO of BotsCrew.

Why it matters

The company believes this deal sends a strong message to international investors that Ukraine is a market worth investing in.

«CourtAvenue became our client in 2023, during the full-scale invasion, and now, in February 2025, we’re signing this agreement on the eve of its third anniversary. I see this as a powerful signal for our ecosystem — especially because there was no ‘discount’ in this deal just because we are based in Ukraine,» said Nazar Hembara.

Currently, the majority of the team remains in Ukraine, with the company’s headquarters in Lviv. BotsCrew plans to continue expanding and actively hiring in Ukraine.
