The parties did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The entire IAMPM team will join Choice31, more than doubling the company\u2019s headcount to over 40 people. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All of IAMPM\u2019s online courses will also be integrated into Choice31\u2019s educational portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The strategic logic of the deal is that IAMPM offers non-technical courses, which Choice31 previously did not provide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In a comment to <\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Forbes Ukraine<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, Choice31 CEO Yevheniia Hlizer <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.ua\/innovations\/kupili-chas-onlayn-universitet-choice31-z-grupi-fractal-obednuetsya-z-osvitnoyu-platformi-iampm-navishcho-i-yaka-suma-14012026-35502\">said<\/a> the acquisition effectively allowed the company to \u00abbuy time.\u00bb The combined company aims to reach $2 million in revenue in 2026, and without the deal, achieving that target would have taken at least two more years.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>So how much could the deal be worth? According to calculations by Scroll.media, the transaction may have been valued at around $100,000. This estimate aligns with the FRACTAL group\u2019s recent acquisitions (all figures based on Scroll.media sources):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The WhyNot? Enot agency was <a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2025\/09\/08\/fractal-kupyv-agencziyu-whynot-enot\/\">acquired<\/a> for $50,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A stake in LOCATION was <a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/en\/2025\/12\/16\/fractal-acquires-location\/\">purchased<\/a> for $30,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial <a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/en\/2025\/11\/18\/fractal-acquires-fint8\/\">consulting<\/a> firm fint8 was valued at $80,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Finally, the seller\u2019s willingness to exit also played a role \u2014 IAMPM founder Mary Kirichek was ready to sell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukrainian educational platform Choice31, part of the FRACTAL group, has acquired online school IAMPM.
