Ihor Markevych, EIT Community Officer at EIT Community Hub Ukraine, announced the opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Program and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/eic-funding-opportunities\/eic-pre-accelerator_en\">EIC Pre-Accelerator<\/a> is a joint initiative of the European Innovation Council (EIC) and the Widening and Strengthening the European Research Area (WIDERA) program. It is funded under the WIDERA Work Program for 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Startups can receive grants ranging from \u20ac300,000 to \u20ac500,000 for a maximum duration of two years. The funding covers 70% of project costs, with the remaining 30% to be co-financed by the startup itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to funding, the program offers extended support, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free access to tailored business development services to boost investment readiness \u2014 such as mentoring, personalized consulting, and participation in boot camps and pitching sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast Track access to the EIC Accelerator scheme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Startups from enlargement countries \u2014 including Ukraine \u2014 are eligible if they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a high-impact innovation with a minimum Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4, meaning the technology has been tested in lab conditions with a working prototype.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold the necessary intellectual property rights to ensure freedom to operate and protect the innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present a clear go-to-market strategy, including specific, verifiable milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ambition and commitment to scale their business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are open until November 18, 2025.
