Are they all public, or are some still undisclosed?  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, we\u2019ve made five investments: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2024\/06\/11\/buntar-aerospace-zaluchyv-200-000-vid-spivzasnovnykiv-uklon\/\">Buntar Aerospace<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2024\/07\/08\/ailand-systems-zaluchyv-200-000-vid-nezlamni\/\">Ailand Systems<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2024\/09\/12\/mantis-analytics-zaluchyv-240-000-vid-nezlamni\/\">Mantis Analytics<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2024\/10\/31\/himera-zaluchyv-investycziyi-vid-nezlamni\/\">Himera<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.media\/2025\/01\/23\/frontline-zaluchyv-investycziyi-vid-nezlamni\/\">Frontline<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve publicly announced all of them \u2014 no stealth investments just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much are you planning to invest in 2025?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, we plan to operate in a more stealth mode, but we\u2019ll still share news about select investments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is your average ticket still up to $200,000? Are you open to leading Series A rounds? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of our projects have already received larger checks. We haven\u2019t entered a Series A round yet. Our current investment level gives us limited influence and rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re happy with our current portfolio and aren\u2019t planning additional funding. But the situation is fluid \u2014 we\u2019re closely examining how things evolve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you focused solely on defense tech, or do you also consider dual-use solutions? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, we\u2019re very much open to dual-use startups. Most of our portfolio companies fall into that category.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">There\u2019s increasing talk of a ceasefire. Will you continue investing in defense tech or shift to other sectors? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, our focus remains on defense tech. In the future, we don\u2019t rule out expanding into other areas. As I said, the situation is dynamic, and we prefer not to speculate.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are your key criteria when making investment decisions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The team is the most important factor at an early stage. We look closely at the founders\u2019 technical expertise and the overall team structure\u2014how well team members complement each other, whether there\u2019s a clear division of responsibilities, and whether they can bring in external advisors to accelerate development.<br>We also look for:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Field- or range-tested solutions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hardware-software integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue generation \u2014 for us, that proves market demand and a viable business model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nezlamni has four co-founders. How are decisions made? Does everyone have to agree?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, all decisions are made unanimously \u2014 all partners must agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The firm is known as one created by Uklon\u2019s founders. Are there any external LPs? Would you accept them in the future?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No, we don\u2019t have external LPs. All the founders are general partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve had offers from private investors, but we declined. We fund everything ourselves and stay focused on results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uklon and Nezlamni\u2019s founders talk a lot about defense tech. It seems like you might be building something of your own \u2014 or maybe already are.
