Gorokhovskyi <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/OGoMono\/2102\">shared<\/a> the news via Telegram. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The change in ownership structure occurred as their Cypriot company, Crestline Limited, increased its stake in Fintech Band \u2014 from just 0.08% <a href=\"https:\/\/opendatabot.ua\/c\/32388371\">previously<\/a> \u2014 to a level that now gives it control over the Ukrainian company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has approved the move, granting Crestline Limited control over Fintech Band LLC. The <a href=\"https:\/\/amcu.gov.ua\/news\/informatsiia-pro-rishennia-amku-24042025\">decision<\/a> has been officially published on the AMCU website. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/epravda.com.ua\/finances\/u-monobank-zminitsya-struktura-vlasnosti-komu-vin-nalezhatime-805880\/\">comment<\/a> to Ekonomichna Pravda, Gorokhovskyi explained that the changes in the shareholder structure align with the company\u2019s development strategy. He noted that the presence of Cypriot entities like Crestline and Nisets in the ownership structure is intended to simplify management. Both he and Rogalskiy are tax residents of Ukraine and pay taxes there, as confirmed by official registries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abThe company will continue to operate as usual. Our focus remains on growing monobank, expanding the mono ecosystem, and driving innovation in fintech and e-commerce,\u00bb Gorokhovskyi added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youcontrol.com.ua\/catalog\/company_details\/32388371\/\">According<\/a> to YouControl, Gorokhovskyi and Rogalskiy each directly own 31.96% of Fintech Band LLC, with an additional 5.24% held through intermediaries. Other shareholders include Yevhenii Kryvenko and Cypriot-based Nisets Limited (14% each), while Daria Bukreeva holds an 8% stake. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfax-Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/interfax.com.ua\/news\/general\/1066546.html?fbclid=IwY2xjawJ3cQRleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFWUmdZS1lsSFAyTXBtOTA0AR6ItuVv7RyAOPoeTKMmAhDF6fPCv012eaqVVaaKpXZq-dTmFCTSAknVUkiaGA_aem_-APJcSQWJPrNBmOf2fA3-A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reports<\/a> that Crestline Limited also holds a 2.784% stake in another Dnipro-based company, AC DC Processing LLC, 93.351% of which is owned by Fintech Band. Gorokhovskyi, Rogalskiy, and Kryvenko are also minority shareholders in this company, each holding 1.082%, while Bukreeva owns 0.618%.
