Ukrainian EdTech Choice31 Acquires IAMPM

Ukrainian educational platform Choice31, part of the FRACTAL group, has acquired online school IAMPM. The parties did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

  • The entire IAMPM team will join Choice31, more than doubling the company’s headcount to over 40 people.
  • All of IAMPM’s online courses will also be integrated into Choice31’s educational portfolio.
  • The strategic logic of the deal is that IAMPM offers non-technical courses, which Choice31 previously did not provide.

In a comment to Forbes Ukraine, Choice31 CEO Yevheniia Hlizer said the acquisition effectively allowed the company to «buy time.» The combined company aims to reach $2 million in revenue in 2026, and without the deal, achieving that target would have taken at least two more years.

So how much could the deal be worth? According to calculations by Scroll.media, the transaction may have been valued at around $100,000. This estimate aligns with the FRACTAL group’s recent acquisitions (all figures based on Scroll.media sources):

  • The WhyNot? Enot agency was acquired for $50,000.
  • A stake in LOCATION was purchased for $30,000.
  • Financial consulting firm fint8 was valued at $80,000.

Finally, the seller’s willingness to exit also played a role — IAMPM founder Mary Kirichek was ready to sell.
