In the early hours of January 13, a Russian missile struck Nova Poshta’s innovative terminal in Korotych, Kharkiv, leaving dead and wounded, the company reported.

• One of the missiles hit a bomb shelter. Two sorting center employees and two drivers from a partner-forwarder were killed. Nova Poshta is providing support to their families.
• Four others were injured — three employees of the sorting center and one partner carrier driver. They are hospitalized, but their lives are not in danger.
• The attack nearly destroyed the cargo terminal and partially damaged the postal terminal. Nova Poshta has assured customers that parcels lost in the strike will be compensated.
