What You Need to Know
Before your account is closed, you should:
- Withdraw any remaining funds from your account.

After February 22, 2026, your account will be closed and you will only be able to withdraw any remaining funds via an external bank transfer.
Once the account is closed, you will no longer be able to:
- top up your account;
- make card payments or withdraw cash from ATMs;
- send funds to other accounts.
If you have paid for a tariff, any unused portion will be refunded if the account is closed before the services are used.
