Ukrainian IT Group FRACTAL Acquires Video Production Studio LOCATION
The FRACTAL group of companies has finalized a new acquisition: the video production studio LOCATION has joined the group’s hybrid venture studio, Tonti Laguna Group (TLG), transferring its business stake to the studio. Artem Borodatiuk, FRACTAL founder, announced the news on his Telegram channel.
«Since our strategy is to do everything that helps businesses grow, and it’s hard to imagine brand growth without high-quality video content, it made sense to add a video production studio to the FRACTAL ecosystem. This deal with LOCATION is a significant strengthening for us,» Borodatiuk said.

- LOCATION will operate as part of Tonti Laguna Group, FRACTAL’s hybrid venture studio.
