InSoft.Partners Fund Exits Indeema and Forbytes
In November 2025, Ukrainian fund InSoft.Partners completed two exits, selling its stakes in Indeema and Forbytes, according to ain.ua. The fund’s website also confirms the deals.
The financial terms of neither transaction have been disclosed.
InSoft.Partners had invested in both companies after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine: in April 2022 for Indeema and in February 2023 for Forbytes.
Since then, Indeema has undergone a major transformation:
- The company merged with Vakoms, which had joined the InSoft.Partners portfolio in 2023.
- It acquired Perfsol, another portfolio company since 2024.
- Indeema now has over 200 employees, and its service offering has expanded significantly.
In a comment to Scroll.media, Volodymyr Shevchyk said that Indeema bought out the fund’s stake in favor of its partners, without attracting new investors. «We achieved our common goals, including the M&A that took place, after which our partnership came to an end,» Shevchyk explained.
According to fund manager Vitalii Horovyi, InSoft.Partners may invest in real estate in the near future and shift toward more passive investments. Three companies remain active in the fund’s portfolio:
- LinkupST
- Noltic
- Inoxoft
The fund also increased its stake in Inoxoft, though no further details were provided.
