Ukrainian IT Companies Generated the Highest Revenue in Q3

The reporting period for the third quarter of 2025 is wrapping up in Ukraine, with 61,387 companies having already submitted their reports. At the request of Scroll.media, the analytical platform YouControl compiled a ranking of IT companies that generated the highest revenue during this period. Eleven companies made it to the top list, as the revenue gap between the last two was negligible.

Six of these companies reported revenue growth compared to the same quarter last year, while four saw a slight decline. The top four remain the traditional «big four»: GlobalLogic, EPAM, Luxoft, and SoftServe.

Highload Solutions (legal entity FAVBET Tech) posted an impressive revenue increase of over 200%, while Capgemini Ukraine (formerly Lohika, part of the French IT group Capgemini) grew by almost 400%. Revenue for two SoftServe entities — SoftServe Digital and SoftServe Dynamics — also more than doubled year-over-year.
