Taras Voytovych, founder of Teamvoy, believes that in the fintech industry, trust and reputation are everything. It was thanks to professional recommendations that the company received an inquiry from a bank in a new market, and turned a short consulting phase into a long-term partnership.
Focus on Fintech and Digital Banking
For more than 12 years, Teamvoy has been developing high-tech solutions for the financial sector. Its portfolio includes over 150 projects for clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. The company focuses on digital banking, analytics, secure architecture, scalable infrastructure, and AI solutions that enable financial institutions to operate more efficiently and securely.
Zhanna Yuskevych, Teamvoy’s CPO, explains,

«We always think strategically. Our goal is not only to implement a technical solution but also to help the client shape a product strategy, assess risks, and build processes that deliver real results.»
Experience Working with the Highest Standards
Teamvoy has deep expertise in developing products for highly regulated markets, including the US, UK, and EU, which has shaped its systematic understanding of security, compliance, and data management.
The fast-moving Ukrainian fintech market has served as a training ground for practical innovation. Products with intuitive UX/UI, rapid updates, and technological flexibility have helped Teamvoy bridge the gap between the strict requirements of banks and the evolving needs of users.
From Research to Implementation
In 2022, Teamvoy launched a project for a major financial institution. The initial phase included analyzing the current infrastructure, designing a concept for a new online banking system, and evaluating available resources. After presenting the findings, the client invited the team to proceed with full implementation.
The first stage involved the creation of a white-label online banking platform, a flexible solution that enables financial institutions to quickly launch new products under their own brands. Teamvoy developed an architecture capable of supporting large volumes of clients and transactions, ensuring top performance and data security.
The second stage focused on modernizing mobile banking, which served over 200,000 clients. Ukrainian engineers optimized the app’s performance, redesigned the interface, refined the UX logic, and boosted request processing speed. The result: significantly faster load times and higher user satisfaction.
The third key project was the development of a Core Banking System (CBS), a central solution integrating all banking processes, from account and transaction management to loan processing and coordination between front and back offices. The CBS became the backbone of the bank’s new digital infrastructure and a foundation for future integrations.
«Trust is built through results, not presentations. We work fast, transparently, and with a focus on efficiency,» emphasizes Taras Voytovych.

Industry Challenges and Teamvoy’s Solutions
Among the key challenges banks face today are outdated systems, cybersecurity threats, integration with international networks, and the ongoing demand to improve customer experience.
Teamvoy tackles these issues through architectural audits, data migration, AI-driven forecasting and cost optimization, process automation, cloud infrastructure, and analytical dashboards that empower data-driven management decisions.
International Expertise and New Markets
Teamvoy’s experience with a major financial institution in Africa proved that Ukrainian engineers are capable of executing complex fintech projects anywhere in the world.
«We saw a high level of readiness for digitalization. Local financial institutions aren’t afraid of solutions that make systems more efficient,» says Zhanna Yuskevych.
Looking Ahead
Today, Teamvoy continues helping banks and financial platforms transition to modern technologies while building long-term strategic partnerships.
«When your product makes the client faster, safer, and closer to their user — that’s the best recommendation,» concludes Taras Voytovych.
