In July 2025, Ukraine’s IT Services Exports Hit $555M

In July, Ukraine’s IT exports grew by 5.5% to reach $555 million, bringing the economy an additional $29 million compared to June, according to data from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

The figure is also 1.8% higher year-over-year, or $10 million more than in July 2024.

Over the first seven months of 2025, total IT services exports brought in $3.8 billion, up $13 million (0.3%) from the same period last year.

«In July, we see a positive signal for the industry — IT services exports increased, and this is the second-best result of the year after April. At the same time, our forecasts for 2025 remain cautious: in the negative scenario, the drop could be around 1%,» commented Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster.

Veselovskyi added that if the current trend continues, Ukraine’s IT sector could end the year maintaining 2024’s results. «This means that even despite the war and global challenges, the industry is holding its ground and remains one of the key drivers of the Ukrainian economy. To support growth and stimulate business activity, next month we are organizing IT Arena — the country’s largest tech conference, which becomes a birthplace of innovations, new partnerships, and ecosystem development every year.»

Meanwhile, in July, Ukraine’s total services exports reached $1.35 billion, up $67 million (5.2%) compared to June.
