FRACTAL Group (formerly Netpeak Group) has officially launched its own coworking space, FRACTAL HUB, in Kyiv. The news was announced by founder Artem Borodatiuk, who described it as «not a classic coworking space, but an environment for work, events, and new ideas.»

«Our team is currently testing FRACTAL HUB. We’re still fine-tuning the details and putting the finishing touches on the terrace. But very soon it will be open to everyone,» Borodatiuk said.

  • The company’s plans for a 1,300 m² coworking hub first surfaced in May, when it was still known as Netpeak Hub. Following a large-scale rebranding in August, the space was renamed FRACTAL HUB to align with the group’s new identity.
  • The hub is located in the Start Business Center, just steps from the Lukianivska metro station. Spread across two levels, it offers a variety of zones and features, including:
    • Offices and open spaces for teams
  • 10 Zoom rooms, two inclusive meeting rooms, and a large meeting room for up to 25 people
  • A soundproofed event space that can host anything from strategic sessions to parties (complete with a DJ booth, Pioneer CDJ-3000 players, and Technics SL-1210GR2 turntables for vinyl)
  • A game zone with a PlayStation 5
  • Showers, green areas, and a pet-friendly policy
  • A quick-access shelter with internet connectivity
  • And of course, there’s a bar.
