DOU has published the top 10 Ukrainian IT companies by revenue for the first half of 2025 and analyzed how their performance has evolved since 2022. Together, these companies generated over half of their 2024 revenue in just six months, and some have already surpassed last year’s net profit. The data comes from the YC.Market system.
By Revenue
- As of H1 2025, the top 10 Ukrainian IT companies by revenue are:

- In 2022, giants like EPAM Systems and GlobalLogic Україна, generated UAH 11–20 billion, while smaller players such as Highload Solutions or Softserve Technologies were only beginning to scale.

- Since then, dynamics have shifted. In 2023, LLCs like Fintech Band, Highload Solutions, and EPAM Digital saw rapid revenue growth, ranging from +149% to a staggering +3,756%. Meanwhile, larger companies, including EPAM Systems, Luxoft Solutions, Ciklum, and GlobalLogic, experienced declines of −0.9% to −37.6%, which also affected their net profits and tax contributions.
- These trends continued in 2024. Highload Solutions posted the largest revenue increase, while Fintech Band recorded the steepest decline.

By Net Profit
- The top 10 Ukrainian IT companies by net profit in H1 2025 are:

- EPAM Systems held the record in 2022, with a net profit of UAH 3.44 billion — the highest among all companies.
- Interestingly, Highload Solutions went from a small loss in 2022 (−0.5 million UAH) to a profit of 775 million UAH in 2023. By 2024, it had soared to 2.39 billion UAH, marking the sharpest growth among all players. Highload Solutions continues to lead in profits in 2025, reporting UAH 1.43 billion in the first half of the year.

- Softserve Technologies also showed steady growth, increasing its net profit from 1.9 million UAH in 2022 to over 200 million UAH in 2023–2024.
- EPAM Digital has nearly quintupled its profits over three years, rising from 168 million UAH in 2022 to 838 million UAH in 2024.
- The taxes paid by these companies generally correlate with their profits, as illustrated in the graph:
