Danish-Ukrainian startup Dropla Tech has raised €2.4 million in pre-seed funding from Maj Invest Holding, the Danish Export Investment Fund (EIFO), and Final Frontier, the company announced.

• According to InVenture, the investment aligns with Denmark’s long-term strategy to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and integrate Ukrainian innovations into the global ecosystem.
• Dropla Tech’s collaboration with the BRAVE1 defense technology cluster was key in securing funding, which provided access to real-world combat data, testing ranges, and direct contacts with the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
• The capital will help the company rapidly enter key market verticals.

Dropla Tech Technologies

• The key Dropla Tech’s product is Blue Eyes system. It is an autonomous solution that detects mines and other explosive objects in real time, without external server connections.
• Compatible with various drones, it functions even when communications or navigation are disrupted, improving safety for units and logistics.
• Testing ground and dataset: Dropla Tech has established Europe’s largest dataset of explosive objects and a dedicated testing ground with over 170 confirmed explosive targets. This allows AI models to adapt to frontline conditions that cannot be replicated in labs.
• The company has also developed the Dropla Vision platform. It is a multi-sensor mapping system that integrates optical, thermal, multispectral, magnetometric, and lidar sensors for humanitarian demining. It processes threats at the edge via a secure computing node, ensuring sensitive information remains under the direct control of command.
