Ukrainian Uspacy Raises €420k in Pre-Seed Funding at €5M Valuation
Ukrainian SaaS startup Uspacy has successfully closed a pre-seed funding round of €420,000, valuing the company at €5 million. The news was shared with Scroll.media by Uspacy’s co-founder, Dmytro Suslov.
- The round was led by Estonian VC Startup Wise Guys, which invested €250,000, alongside several Ukrainian business angels.
- Another €170,000 came in the form of grants:
- Google for Startups – $100,000
- Seeds of Bravery – €25,000
- Glovo Startup Lab – €10,000
- Ukrainian Startup Fund (with UMAEF support) – $50,000
- According to Suslov, the final investor joined the round just 10 days before its close.
- The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development and expand marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Ukraine and Poland. The team’s goal is to validate its scalability in international markets and demonstrate strong traction abroad.
