Defense Company Teletactica Raises $1.5M from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures

Ukrainian defense tech startup Teletactica has secured $1.5 million to scale its electronic warfare-resistant communications systems.

  • The funding round was led by MITS Capital, with participation from Green Flag Ventures.
  • Teletactica previously completed MITS’s acceleration program and raised a pre-seed round.
  • The new investment will fuel the development of next-generation tactical communications systems for the battlefield and support the company’s entry into European markets.

Teletactica builds modular, secure communications hardware designed to operate under intense electronic warfare (EW) and GPS denial conditions. Its flagship products include video modems, telemetry modems, and antennas.

«All of the company’s products are designed for low-latency data transmission and deliver a price-to-performance ratio up to five times better than comparable European and American designs. Even under heavy jamming, packet loss remains below 1–5%,» said Yevgen Zhebko, co-founder and CEO of Teletactica.

According to the company, Teletactica’s systems are compact and energy-efficient, especially suited for UAVs, ground robots, and other unmanned platforms. All solutions are built for scalable production and support, which keeps costs low and enables wide deployment in combat units unlike high-cost, niche military programs.

Teletactica’s products are actively used in Ukraine and have been adapted to NATO standards. «This is not a theoretical development; it is already saving equipment and human lives,» Zhebko emphasized.

  • MITS Capital, founded in 2024 with offices in Kyiv and New York, focuses on investing in Ukrainian defense technology innovations. As of July 2025, its portfolio includes 11 companies.
  • Green Flag Ventures is an American-Ukrainian venture capital firm backing early-stage dual-use technologies developed in Ukraine. Its portfolio currently includes six companies.
