AirSlate Has a New CEO: The Company’s Co-Founder Returns to the Role

Ukrainian product company airSlate has appointed a new CEO. Borys Shakhnovych, who led the company for 13 years, has been replaced by co-founder Vadim Yasinovsky, who returns to the role he held for the first six years after founding airSlate in 2008. The news was reported by the Telegram channel Підслухано в ІТ.

«Leadership Transition The Board of Directors wants to let you know that there has been a transition in senior leadership at airSlate. Borya is no longer serving as President and CEO. We sincerely thank Borya for his contributions to airSlate and wish him the best in the future. We are pleased to let you know that Vadim, airSlate’s co-founder, has stepped into the role of President and CEO, effective July 7 2025. You will be hearing more from Vadim soon,» the message reads.
