  • The center, located in Warsaw, covers an area of 400 m² and is aimed at supporting local e-commerce businesses. Nova Poshta offers these businesses the option to outsource all warehousing and logistics operations to the new facility.
  • Specifically, the fulfillment center provides the following services:
    •  storage of goods
    • order processing, picking, and packing
    • labeling and palletizing
    • loading and unloading
    • delivery to the end consumer

«Nova Poshta is already working with its first e-commerce clients and is currently in negotiations with other Ukrainian and Polish companies. We integrate our services with customers’ systems to automate processes and accelerate delivery. We also plan to launch a 24/7 warehouse operation to ensure around-the-clock order processing,» said Serhii Karputiev, CEO of Nova Poshta in Poland.

  • The company has also opened a customs warehouse in Poland, allowing Ukrainian businesses to store goods in Warsaw for up to 90 days without customs clearance. Nova Poshta handles customs clearance, prepares the necessary documents, and organizes delivery to any country in which it operates.
  • The same model works in reverse: European e-commerce companies looking to enter the Ukrainian market can use Nova Poshta’s fulfillment services, which deliver orders directly to Ukrainian customers.
  • In Ukraine, Nova Poshta operates fulfillment centers in Kyiv, Lviv, and Rivne.

As a reminder, in 2025, Nova Poshta plans to invest approximately €10 million in its European expansion — €3 million more than last year.
